Booking & pricing
Booking takes a few minutes from the home page: enter pickup, drop-off, date, time and number of passengers. The available vehicle and the fixed price appear right away. Add your details and any notes (extra luggage, child seats), then submit. Email confirmation arrives within a few minutes.
Yes. The amount you see at booking is the amount you pay: no traffic surcharge, no hidden fees. The fare includes vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and luggage handling.
We accept cash payment directly to the driver at the end of the service. For international bookings or special needs we can arrange an advance bank transfer — just write to info@rinoncc.it or WhatsApp.
Yes. Right after booking you receive an email with every detail: date, time, addresses, booking number and the driver's name (this last bit shortly before the service). Keep the email — you'll need it on the day.
Of course. At booking you can enter the passenger's details (name, phone, flight numbers). On the day of the transfer the driver will contact them directly, not you.
Yes. During checkout you'll find the "Have a promo code?" field — enter it and the discount is applied automatically.
We do our best to handle last-minute requests. If you need a service for today or tomorrow, message us on WhatsApp at +39 377 100 0717: we reply quickly with availability.
Your transfer
For airport or station pickups, the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. For other pickups you'll receive the driver's name and phone number by email shortly before the service.
All flights into Naples and Rome are tracked in real time: the driver adjusts the pickup automatically, no need to contact us. Flight tracking is free and included on every airport transfer.
Each passenger may carry 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on. If you have extra bags, skis, mountain bikes or oversized equipment please mention it in the booking notes — we'll assign the right vehicle.
Yes. Infant seats, child seats and boosters are available on request for a small extra fee. Tell us age and number of children at booking and they'll be installed at pickup.
Our fleet consists of Mercedes V-Class (up to 7 seats, ideal for families with luggage), Vito (for larger parties) and E-Class sedan (1–3 passengers, for elegant trips), or equivalent models in the same category. The specific vehicle is assigned based on availability and group size. Every vehicle is air-conditioned and kept in pristine condition.
Yes, short stops are no problem — just mention them in the booking notes or tell the driver. For longer stops (e.g. a Pompeii visit with the driver waiting) a small extra fee may apply, agreed in advance.
Never. Every transfer is private and exclusive: the vehicle travels only with you and your group. No strangers on board, no detours for other passengers.
Enter the flight number of the last arrival and choose a pickup time that fits everyone. In the notes list every flight number — we'll track the arrivals and coordinate the wait.
Yes. Enter the exact address or hotel name at booking and the driver will take you to the door. On the Amalfi Coast, where some pedestrian streets or narrow alleys aren't drivable, the driver stops at the closest allowed point and helps with the luggage.
In general pets are not allowed on board to keep the vehicle clean. Service animals for travelers with disabilities are always welcome. For other cases, contact us before booking and we'll find a solution.
Routes & destinations
We operate from Naples and cover: Capodichino Airport, Centrale station, the port, the entire Amalfi Coast (Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Praiano), the Vesuvian area (Pompeii, Paestum), plus Salerno and Caserta. On request also long-distance trips: Rome and its airports (Fiumicino, Ciampino), Bari, Lecce, Matera, Alberobello, Florence and Siena.
Yes, it's one of our specialties. Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Praiano — drivers know every bend of the SS163 and the right time to leave to avoid summer traffic. In high season we suggest booking a few days ahead.
Yes. We can take you to the Pompeii or Paestum archaeological sites with the driver waiting: hotel or port pickup, wait during the visit, return at the end of the day. Book a round-trip transfer and mention the wait hours in the notes.
Yes — it's something guests often ask for. We organize day-long itineraries through the wineries of Campania, Irpinia and Puglia, with stops at tastings and traditional restaurants. Email info@rinoncc.it with party size and preferences and we'll tailor the itinerary.
Yes. Capodichino is our base, and we also cover Rome Fiumicino, Rome Ciampino and Bari for travelers arriving or departing from other airports. Live flight tracking and meet & greet in the arrivals area at every airport.
Yes. We transfer to and from Naples Stazione Marittima and Mergellina, and also to and from Civitavecchia (the port of Rome) for the big Mediterranean cruises. Punctual pickup, luggage handling, driver who walks you to the check-in counter.
Our drivers handle any weather you'll meet in our area: heavy rain, wind, the occasional snow on the Apennine ridges around Naples. If exceptional road closures occur (e.g. the SS163 along the Coast) we contact you to agree on a new time or alternative route.
Changes, cancellations & support
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the service. Cancelations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable. To cancel, email us or message us on WhatsApp with your booking number — we reply quickly.
Yes. You can change date, time, address or passenger count free of charge up to 48 hours before the service (any price differences apply). For changes within 48 hours we assess case by case based on availability.
For cancelations made within the deadline, refunds are processed on the same payment method within 5–10 working days. If you booked with cash-on-arrival (so no payment was taken yet), there is nothing to refund.
Yes. We hold a full Italian NCC license and every vehicle is covered by passenger and luggage insurance as required by Italian regulations. Tax receipts are issued at the end of the ride.
On the day of the service, call the driver directly at the number in your confirmation email. For anything else, message us on WhatsApp at +39 377 100 0717 or email info@rinoncc.it: we reply within minutes during operating hours.
Yes, and we'd love that! After the service you get an email with a link to leave feedback. Your review helps us improve and is the best way to thank a driver who looked after you well.
Contact us right away by email or WhatsApp with your booking number and a description of the item. We check with the driver and, if found, arrange delivery or set a pickup time. Shipping costs are at your expense.
